The Baltimore County Police is continuing to investigate a fatal motorcycle crash that happened late Wednesday night.At about 7:15 p.m., on Reisterstown Road, near Cedarmere Road, a motorcyclist, who s been identified as 30-year-old Joseph Lee Ray, of the 200 block of Maryland Avenue in Pasadena, was going westbound on Reisterstown Road on a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle when it crested a hill and hit a 2016 Scion.
