ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. 鈥?Following investigations into child pornography allegations over the past several months, the Anne Arundel County Police Child Abuse Unit has arrested two individuals in connection to child pornography.The first investigation began in January 2019 when the unit began an investigation in reference to a report of a specific account that was directly associated in uploading child pornographic images to a website.Detectives were able to locate an address involved with the uploading of the images and on April 19 located the suspect, 37-year-old David Patrick Kardian and interviewed him.
