CBD oil - where to get it and does it help?

I've heard about CBD oil for a long time, they say it helps with stress and improves sleep. I started to notice that I'm constantly nervous, and it's hard to fall asleep, so I decided to try it. Who's used it? And where can I order it in the UK, so I don't have any doubts about the quality?

Had a look, it's all pretty clearly laid out, so it's easier to decide what you need. If anyone else is looking for options, I think it's worth a look, might be helpful.
