According to police, a witness reported that on November 30, Daniel Villalobos-Espinozas brother Jesus stopped by their apartment to visit the victim, Carlos Osuna-Apodaca. Jesus reportedly told police that his brother Daniel unexpectedly showed up to the victims home and when Jesus went outside to smoke, he heard two gunshots from inside and fled the scene.
