Two people are facing charges after a traffic stop in Logan County on Wednesday.According to a uniform citation by the Logan County Sheriff Office, around 7:39 p.m., deputies observed a 1994 Ranger pickup truck traveling southbound on Lewisburg Road.Deputies say the driver was not wearing a seat belt.The sheriff off stanley tumbler ice says stanley cups it conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on Center Road.The driver was identified as Michael Sweetsir, 35, of Auburn, while the front passenger was identified as Samantha Loder, 32, of Lewisburg.Deputies say Sweetsir said his seat belt was broken and saw the seat belt fastened behind him with a knot in it.Authorities say the driver advised he had his license suspended for driving under the influence.
