A Dutch man was convicted Tuesday of removing his condom during sex without his partner s consent, in the first trial in the Netherlands for so-called stealthing. However Dordrecht District Court acquitted the man of a rape charge because it ruled that the sex was consensual. By his actions, the suspect forced the victim to tolerate having unprotected sex with him. In doing so, he restricted her personal freedom and abused the trust she had placed in him, the court said. The suspect sent the victim texts afterwards including one that said you will be fine, AFP reported, citing the court.Other courts also have hoka laufschuhe also tackled th crocs absatz e phenomenon in recent years. The suspended sentence was reduced to six months on an initial appeal. In 2021, California lawmakers made the state the first in the U.S. to outlaw stealthing, making it illegal to remove a condom without obtaining verbal consent. But it didn t change the criminal code. Her experience breaking rigid social norms on the show led her to run for political office in Afghanistan s elections this year. Last week, Tarana won her bid for a seat on the Kabul Provincial Council, a legislative body similar to an American state legislature, reports Time. When I competed for Afghan Star, I wanted to prove that a woman from Herat could sing, Tarana told Time. Now that I have been elected to the provincial council, I will prove to people that a lady who can sing can be in politics as well. Though the fairness of this year s election results have been called into question, the results from local elections show that Afghans are more involved in democracy and are far more progressive and liberal than is known. Scores of young Afghans ran for political seat this year, sh stanley cup owing that the next generation of the country s leaders may be more interested in democracy than their predecessors.
